Our First Born Son

To make up for my lack of creative outfit, I’d like to introduce you to our first born son.

Smash Face Krajewski! (also known as Smishy, Smish Boy, Stank Breath, Purple Belly Boy… the list goes on)

Smishy came into our lives a little over 2 years ago, and seriously I can not imagine what life was like before him. I really truly admittedly believe that everyone should get a dog… even non-dog people… because these little guys make your life 100 times better. I know a lot of people like to say they don’t have time, they’re never home, la-dee-dah, but I think when you get a dog you figure out a way to make the time to do whatever it is you need to do for your new best friend.

I mean, I guess I understand why a dog doesn’t make sense for some people. Like animal abusers, they shouldn’t get dogs.  And I guess there are some other reasons that make it not as feasible to take on a dog. But man, they sure do make life sweeter, and that’s pretty awesome.

I am really excited to see how Smash interacts with his future little brother! Something tells me they will be fast friends. And Holy Moly are those two ever gonna make for some cute photo-ops.

A few little known facts about Smash… he loves to munch on his chicken leg, he hates the smell of tea, nail-polish, beer and champagne, he LOVES bacon more than any human out there, he has never successfully humped another dog (although he’s taken quite a few rounds on his daddy’s arm) but has been humped by many lady dogs, he takes at least 2-4 minutes walking in circles as he looks for the perfect spot to lay his turds, and he loves to cuddle close to his Momma’s bum.

Oh, and also in the midst of posting this, I learned that today was National Dog Day! As you might expect, everyday is Smash Day at our house, but I guess the timing of this post isn’t as random as it seems!

BumpDate: 23 weeks, 1 day! And he’s a kicker! It feels like popcorn popping in water and it’s the best feeling ever!
